I started Kindred Community out of a simple desire: I wanted consistent, low-pressure ways to get outside, stay creative, and meet neighbors right here in La Crosse.

I have let my own fear of rejection or awkwardness stop me over and over again from making genuine connections. I don’t want to live life like that anymore. I’m believing in the power of showing up just as you are!

I host these weekly gatherings because they are things I love doing anyway! Sharing these moments with others makes this town feel even more like home. No matter which event you drop into, I’m excited to meet you in real life!
